kktb Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any wager on kktb. By using this platform you agree to be bound by all of these conditions in full.
Important: These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire legal agreement between you and kktb governing your use of the platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and customer support interactions. By creating an account or continuing to use kktb after any update to these terms, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them in full.
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions.
1Eligibility
The kktb platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy each of these requirements at the time of registration and on every subsequent occasion that you access the platform.
- You are at least 21 years of age. kktb strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and may request identity documents at any time to verify a player's date of birth.
- You are registering and playing for yourself as an individual, not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are depositing and wagering with funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from kktb or had an account closed for breach of these terms, unless kktb has formally reinstated your account in writing.
21+ Only: Underage gambling is strictly prohibited at kktb. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds in that account will be forfeited pending investigation. kktb cooperates fully with any request from a parent or guardian who believes a minor has opened or used a kktb account.
2Account Registration and Verification
Each individual may hold only one registered account on kktb. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held across those accounts. kktb uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts.
Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your kktb account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
- Full legal name as it appears on your national ID or passport.
- A valid mobile number registered in your name, used for account authentication and communications.
- A valid email address that you actively monitor, used for account notifications and password recovery.
- Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kktb login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kktb will never ask you for your full password via live chat, email or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account while you are logged in is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify kktb support immediately and change your password.
3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
kktb accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed in the cashier section of the platform. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and kktb reserves the right to add or remove payment options at any time without prior notice.
Deposit Rules
All deposits to your kktb account are subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though kktb may apply enhanced due-diligence checks on large deposits.
- You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where identifiable.
- kktb does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees outside of kktb's control.
- Deposited funds are credited to your account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kktb does not hold funds in foreign currencies.
Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account. This same-source rule is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement.
- kktb may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal is processed. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
- Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on your payment method and current request volumes. kktb aims to process standard withdrawals within one Bangladesh business day.
Withdrawal holds: kktb reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of security, KYC or anti-money-laundering checks. Players will be notified of any hold and provided guidance on the documentation required to resolve it.
4Bonuses and Promotions
kktb offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general T&C. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general T&C, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
- Bonuses are credited in a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
- kktb reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified where a material change affects an active bonus already claimed.
- Bonuses may only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued. Bonus transfers between accounts are not permitted.
- kktb may decline to award a bonus to any player at its sole discretion, including where the player's account has been flagged for unusual wagering patterns or suspected bonus abuse.
Bonus abuse: kktb actively monitors for bonus abuse, including use of low-variance betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus collection, and exploitation of promotional errors. Where abuse is detected, kktb reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings and close the account.
5Responsible Gaming
kktb is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and actively supports responsible gaming practices. The platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is not intended as a financial product or investment vehicle. kktb encourages all players to set personal limits and to play within their means.
Player Protection Tools
The following tools are available to all registered players through the account settings section of the kktb platform:
- Deposit limits: set a maximum deposit amount at daily, weekly or monthly intervals to control your spending.
- Session time reminders: receive an on-screen alert after a chosen period of continuous play to help you monitor time spent on the platform.
- Cooling-off period: temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) without permanent closure.
- Self-exclusion: permanently close your account if you feel that gambling is no longer a form of entertainment for you. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

6Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kktb platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
- Using software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay, place bets or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information during live games or engage in any form of match-fixing or outcome prediction based on inside knowledge.
- Using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any unlawful source to deposit, wager or withdraw on the kktb platform.
- Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same identity or a different identity, including using a third party's identity or payment method to circumvent account restrictions.
- Exploiting software errors, technical glitches or platform vulnerabilities to gain credits, extend game sessions or obtain any benefit not intended by kktb. Any winnings from such exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in harassment, abusive language, threats or discriminatory conduct toward kktb staff or other players via any communication channel, including live chat, email or game chat functions.
kktb reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct rules. Such determinations are final and binding on the player.
7Intellectual Property
All content on the kktb platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software, promotional materials and data compilations — is the property of kktb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over any platform content.
You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any kktb content without prior written permission from kktb. Unauthorised use of kktb intellectual property may result in legal action.
8Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kktb's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:
- kktb is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of opportunity, loss of data or any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform, whether caused by platform downtime, technical errors, payment processing delays or any other factor outside kktb's direct control.
- kktb is not responsible for the conduct, content or technical performance of third-party game providers, payment processors or any other third-party service integrated into the platform. Each third party is bound by its own terms of service.
- Where kktb is found liable to you for any cause, the maximum aggregate liability of kktb to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits kktb's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct or any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.
9Account Suspension and Termination
kktb reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time. The circumstances under which kktb may take such action include, but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary terms applicable to a specific promotion or game type.
- Failure to complete identity verification or to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe specified by kktb.
- Suspicion or confirmation of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other conduct that violates applicable law or these terms.
- A player-initiated self-exclusion request submitted through account settings or via the kktb support team.
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of applicable bonuses will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Balances attributable to bonus funds or funds under investigation will not be returned until the relevant investigation is complete.
10Amendments to These Terms
kktb reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated T&C will be published at kktb.ws/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. kktb will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the kktb platform after an updated version of these terms has been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact kktb support to close your account.
Archive: Previous versions of the kktb Terms & Conditions are retained in our internal records. Players may request a copy of a prior version by contacting [email protected] and specifying the approximate date of the version required.
11Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kktb operates as a digital platform and does not make representations as to the legality of online gambling in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the kktb platform is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located.
In the event of any dispute between you and kktb arising from your use of the platform, you agree to first contact kktb's customer support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period for kktb to investigate and attempt to resolve the matter informally before escalating further.
